The flat is located 450 m from the sea, in the Parco Geominerario in a quiet and elegant residential area and is the ideal accommodation for a holiday, a relaxing getaway by the sea and for Smart Working. An excellent base for exploring the area (Carloforte, Sant'Antioco, Nebida). The flat, air conditioned, has INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE and outdoor space, can accommodate 4 people and small child, is located in a basement airy, bright, healthy.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area which is also the one furthest from the summer chaos and where you can hear the scents of the maquis, the twittering of birds and the sound of the sea.
The 60 m² property consists of:
- an open space where there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a desk and an armchair for Smart Working;
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, plus a dresser and a cot for children up to 5 years old;
- 1 bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and a washing machine.
There is an outdoor area adjacent to the garden with sun umbrella, table and chairs, shower and drinking fountain, which can be used for outdoor meals, free of charge.
Smoking is permitted, but ONLY outside the flat and in the courtyard area.
The flat is accessed directly from the public street with a special gate and totally independent entrance.
Additional facilities include a 43" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an induction hob, an electric oven and microwave, a kettle, toaster, blender, an electric (Moka-type) coffee maker, a washing machine, a fan, a wall-mounted emergency lamp, a fire extinguisher, as well as books and toys for children. There is a smart working station with a desk and work chair. A cot and high chair are also available on request and free of charge. There is a hydro-massage shower.
The flat is naturally cool in summer and warm in winter. However, an inverter air conditioner is available for winter heating and summer cooling (optional use with a small supplement).
Distances to some attractions are roughly as follows

- Cape Altano waterfront: 300 m
- Portopaglietto beach: 1100 m
- Shopping centres: 800 to 1500 m
