There's a huge 15-metre pool for swimming laps, a plancha for summer meals and a large wooden hammock for relaxing in the sun. A cosy place, designed for holidays with family or friends, ideal for nine people.


This 80s villa welcomes you with a first lounge area with a television, sofas and a fireplace (non-functional). Just to the rear, there is a dining table and a small office area if you wish to work from home. The separate gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, Nespresso Krups coffee machine and kettle.

On the first floor, there is a second lounge with table football and access to the balcony. There are four bedrooms in total: two with a double bed (140/190), the third with a double bed (140/190) plus a single bed (90/190), and the last with a Queen Size bed (160/200). There are also two shower rooms and a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. A washing machine and iron are available if required.


Externally, there is a large garden of over 1,000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining, and a table tennis table for the more active guests. The private swimming pool is unheated and open from 15 May to 30 September.There are four private parking spaces outside.


You won't be alone... Perhaps you'll have the pleasure of meeting Jocker, the house cat, who will honour you with his presence if you wish; if not, he'll be lounging in the shade of a shrub before heading off to his private space!


The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the first floor is reached by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of the youngest or the elderly. However, there is a possibility to lock this space.
