We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment in Detmold, which is quietly located close to nature yet centrally situated.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated historic building from the 20th century and invites you to feel comfortable in 105 sqm. The apartment is bright, modernly furnished, features real wood floors, and thus already has a very warm and light-flooded character. The holiday apartment is located near the city center of Detmold.
In less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the market square, the pedestrian zone, the castle with its gardens, the state theater, and the civic hall.
The concert hall of the Detmold University of Music and many other attractions are also immediately accessible.
You can reach the nearest bakery and Rewe supermarket in under 6 minutes. We want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy your stay to the fullest! Other Information A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment is due in cash on site. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure is possible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement.
Please contact us in advance for coordination. Key handover will be done in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for it in good time before your arrival. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. General Information & Conditions The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not welcome. No parties or events, such as bachelor parties or similar, are desired. General terms and conditions apply. The house rules apply. Use of washing machine and dryer is possible upon request. An iron and ironing board can be provided upon request. Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed. A bus stop to all central tourist destinations is only about a 5-minute walk away. Parking Parking is available in front of the house with a paid parking ticket. Not far from the holiday apartment, on Blomberger Straße (approx. 3 minutes on foot), parking is free. You can relax in the living room with a designer leather sofa, TV, and Hi-Fi system, while the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious dining room provide for comfortable meals.
Two bedrooms with modern double beds offer a peaceful sleeping environment.
The daylight bathroom with a shower and bathtub provides additional comfort.
A terrace and a balcony invite you to linger.
