Private parking for 1 car, adjacent to the house. On a small residential street in the hills above Binic, this pretty stone house is pleasantly renovated, bright, and comfortably furnished.
This detached house will be an ideal base for exploring the charming seaside resort of Binic, also known as the "Grain de beauté des Côtes d'Armor." It's a prime location for exploring the entire Goëlo coast, stopping in St-Quay-Portrieux (6 km), Plouha, and Plouézec: beautiful walks along the GR34 hiking trail await you. From the house, you'll enjoy a visit to the small marina, just 1.5 km away, where numerous restaurants, bars, and shops line the Quai du Courcy.

Gîte correspondant au descriptif.Région superbe des paysages à coupé le souffle le beau temps était de la partie.Région riche en paysage impeccable pour les marcheurs sentiers des douaniers qui longe les falaises. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer.

Pas d'avis sur l'accueil par le propriétaire car tout était géré par une conciergerie (très efficace).Le gîte est à proximité d'une zone commerciale, très pratique. Le port n'est pas très loin mais attention au retour si vous y allez à pied, ça monte!La literie est confortable, le jardin agréable, le quartier est tranquille.
