It has 3 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), and the other two with single beds, two of which are bunk beds (90 cm).
An open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and filter coffee maker.
A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation.
You will have a 15m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.
A private parking space is included in addition to visitor parking.
Enjoy the communal swimming pool with a paddling pool for toddlers (open from April to September, weather permitting), a pétanque court, a children's playground, table tennis, and a tennis court, all set in a green and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Un complexe sympa pour les enfants et ados avec piscine et tennis. Sécurisé. Mais maison vétuste et pas propre.
La maison et la résidence sont très agréable et bien situées.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'obligation d'aller chercher la clé à l'agence Carmen immobilier à Cap Breton, ce qui a ajouté presque une heure de route en fin d'après midi avec les bouchons, quand il y a une agence carmen immobilier à 5 minutes à Ondres.
D'après l'annonce il y avait le wifi dans la ma...
