On the ground floor, there is a bedroom/lounge with a sofa bed, featuring a crystal shower and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious double bedroom with direct access to the external staircase, and a bathroom with a shower.

The well-maintained garden is equipped for relaxing and dining outdoors; the swimming pool, heated to approximately 28°C, allows for a pleasant swim even in the intermediate seasons.

It is also equipped with a cover that can be used to keep it cleaner and at a warmer temperature. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is heated upon request with 7 days' notice, at a weekly cost of Euro 250.00 in April and October, Euro 200.00 in May, Euro 150.00 in June and September, and Euro 100.00 in July and August. The farmhouse is located just 4 km from Sarnano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and awarded the Orange Flag by the Touring Club Italiano.

In the surrounding area, the Sibillini Mountains offer opportunities for hiking, cycling, and, for the more adventurous, downhill biking, paragliding, and hang gliding. The Via delle Cascate Perdute (Path of the Lost Waterfalls) is a 6 km route around the village of Sarnano, which passes three suggestive waterfalls along the Tennacola river.

This easy and charming path is also suitable for children, offering unique emotions that only nature can provide. During the cooler seasons, the Terme di San Giacomo (Saint James Thermal Baths), with their curative waters, spa, and numerous therapeutic paths, are ideal for moments of relaxation and for regenerating body and spirit.

In the winter months, Sassotetto and Santa Maria Maddalena offer ski lifts for the ski slopes.

The Adriatic beaches are about 60 km away.
