Welcome to Louannec, in the heart of the superb Pink Granite Coast! Ideally located just 150 meters from the beach, accessible on foot, and 400 meters from the village and its shops, this spacious and fully furnished house can accommodate up to 10 people.
Enjoy a large fenced garden perfect for children (with play equipment and a slide), a large sunny terrace, and a peaceful setting just a stone's throw from the sea. Perfect for family or friends' holidays, a stone's throw from Perros-Guirec and the wonders of Trégor. Pass through the gate and take the path leading to the terrace and the front door.
You will then enter a large reception hall.
To the left, a vast living area awaits you: you can share meals around a large dining table for 10 people, or relax in the lounge area, equipped with sofas, a coffee table, and a television.
The lounge offers direct access to the terrace. At the back, a fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) is available for preparing your meals.
For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms: the first has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe; the second is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a dressing room.
