Go through the gate and down the path to the terrace and front door. You will then enter a large reception hall. On the left, a large living room awaits you: you can share your meals around a large dining table for 10 people, or gather in the lounge area, equipped with sofas, a coffee table and a television. The living room has direct access to the terrace.


At the back, a fully-equipped separate kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) is available for preparing your meals. For breakfast, there is a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.


The sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: the first has a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe; the second has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a dressing room. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the other two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.


There are two bathrooms: the one on the ground floor has a shower, WC and hairdryer, while the one upstairs also has a shower and hairdryer. A second separate WC is accessible on the ground floor.


An office space is located upstairs, perfect for teleworking.


For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room opposite the entrance.


Finally, you can park up to 3 vehicles in the house's courtyard, and a secure bike room is also available.
