• a bright living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, opening onto a pleasant terrace offering a typical view of the rooftops of Collioure, the Alexandre windmill, and a glimpse of the sea,
• a bathroom with toilet,
• and a separate, functional kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, and washing machine.
A true haven for enjoying the authentic charm of Collioure, just steps from the beach and all amenities.
