Ahoy and welcome! Our “StrandGUT” vacation apartment is located in a stylishly renovated villa right next to the spa gardens in Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the beach.
Sophisticated and modern, individually furnished and in a quiet location.
The ideal place for a relaxing time by the sea.
Please note that construction work is currently being carried out on the neighboring house on the opposite side.
Complete demolition of the house is planned by March 2024, followed by a rest period.
New construction will begin in the fall.
We would like to point out that noise disturbances may occur during these construction activities.
Due to the complicated parking situation and the limited availability of free parking spaces in Warnemünde, we recommend renting a fixed parking space when arriving by car.
It is much less stressful.
A parking space in the carport directly at the house is available for a fee (8€ per day).
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay.
If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival.
Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax at this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price.
