Our charming holiday home is located on the eastern coast of Corsica, the "Costa Serena," in a quiet residential area – just 4 km from the sea. Surrounded by a 2000 m² garden with oleanders, olive, fig, and lemon trees, it offers an idyllic atmosphere for your stay.

The comfortably equipped house features air conditioning, mosquito screens, satellite TV, and fiber-optic internet. On the sheltered, covered terrace, you can enjoy your meals year-round or simply relax. A parking space with an electric charging station is available directly on the property.

For your explorations, we offer two e-bikes for rent upon request. The owner family lives on the same property and is happy to assist you in planning activities, excursions, and mountain hikes.

As there are few public transport options in the region, we recommend renting a car. Thanks to the central location on the mid-eastern coast, you can conveniently explore the entire island on day trips.
We have been successful hosts on Airbnb for over 10 years with Superhost status. Our holiday home is certified with 3 stars.

During the winter months (November to the end of March), we also offer monthly rentals with a 50% discount on the base price.

House "Casa Di Serena"
Located on the outskirts of Ghisonaccia, not far from the 4 km road to the sea with a bike path.
50 m² house with a 20 m² open mezzanine.

Ground floor:
Spacious living area with an open kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary items.
Storage room with washing machine.
Bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a 160 cm wide double bed.
Bathroom with Italian shower.
Separate toilet.
Mezzanine: Two French double beds (140 x 200 cm).
For long-term stays, we can provide a desk with an office chair upon request.

Outdoor area:
20 m² terrace with a dining table for 6 people, Weber grill, and sun loungers.
Lovingly maintained garden that we are happy to share with our guests.
For children: a lovely playhouse, a nest swing, and a climbing tower.
Fresh herbs and seasonal fruits such as figs, lemons, kumquats, oranges, or persimmons can be harvested freely.

Description of the area
Ghisonaccia is a lively town on the eastern coast of Corsica with about 5000 inhabitants. Here you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies.
The 4 km long Route de la Mer connects the town to our beautiful sandy beach. This beach is bordered on the left by a 400 ha pine forest. You can expect a spacious, family-friendly natural beach with free parking, where you can always find a quiet spot even in high season. A popular hiking trail runs through the shady pine forest – ideal for nature lovers, joggers, and cyclists.
For those who prefer more active pursuits, various holiday villages and a campsite with restaurants, bars, entertainment, and sports activities such as tree climbing, jet skiing, paragliding, tennis, and horseback riding can be found on the right side of the Route de la Mer.
In the summer months (July & August), a weekly street festival with entertainment and live Corsican music takes place in the town center.
Just a few kilometers inland, the wild and romantic mountain landscape begins, with numerous hiking trails for every level. There are also many opportunities for swimming in crystal-clear rivers, canyoning, or river hiking in the area.
