Bright 35 m², modernly furnished, non-smoking holiday apartment in the center of the Belchen Black Forest region and the Black Forest Biosphere Reserve, suitable for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). The holiday apartment is located on the second floor.

The apartment consists of: - A bedroom with TV, double bed, and sofa bed.

The sofa bed can be used by a child. - Separate fitted kitchen with refrigerator and freezer compartment, oven, coffee pad machine, kettle, and complete dishware. - Bathroom with shower and toilet. - A travel cot with duvet and pillows, as well as a high chair for babies/toddlers are available upon request. The apartment is equipped with bed linen & towels and offers free Wi-Fi guest access. Ample free parking is available around the house.

The holiday apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the center.

Every Friday, there is a fresh market on the town hall square.

Grocery stores, a drugstore, a pharmacy, bakeries, a butcher shop, banks (Volksbank and Sparkasse), Protestant and Catholic churches, and a bus stop are also centrally located within walking distance. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails, as well as water-treading facilities and children's playgrounds, are nearby.

The Panorama Golf Course and three tennis courts are a 15-minute walk from the holiday apartment.

In winter, cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, and toboggan runs are easily accessible by bus or car in the Belchen region.
