It has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has air conditioning for cool air but also has heating.
In addition, a drinking water tap has recently been installed, making it safe to drink from the tap. This residential area among orange and lemon trees is an excellent environment to enjoy the quiet life, while being a short drive from the dynamic cities and beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa. The Vistabella Golf estate features a beautiful 18-hole golf course, tennis/paddle tennis courts and an artificial grass bowling green.
There is also a centrally located supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars, so you can find everything you need within walking distance. There may be a camera system in the property.
During the rental period, the camera system will be disabled.
This can be achieved by temporarily switching off the camera system or physically covering the cameras. The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out. Rental rates are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh of electricity is used per week.
