One bedroom with its own bathroom (shower and sink) and a trundle bed (one 90x190 cm bed, but an additional bed can be added). A separate toilet. One bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, but twin beds are available, with its own small bathroom (shower).
On the 3rd floor:
One very spacious bedroom (one 180x200 cm bed) with a lounge and bathroom (bathtub).

On the ground floor, a workshop dedicated to exhibitions. Pay parking is available at Poulain-Corbion or Place de la Préfecture during the week, and free parking is available 100 meters away on weekends. Luggage storage is available in front of the house. After two years of renovation, the Hôtel des Ducs de Bretagne, a magnificent private mansion built in 1572 and listed as a Historic Monument in 1889, opens its doors to you for a weekend or a week, as you wish.
