One superb, very spacious bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a lounge area, and its own bathroom (bathtub).

On the ground floor, a workshop dedicated to exhibitions. Pay parking is available at the Poulain Corbion or Place de la Préfecture parking lots during the week, and free parking is available 100 meters away on weekends. Luggage storage is available in front of the house. After two years of renovation, the Hôtel des Ducs de Bretagne, a magnificent private mansion built in 1572 and listed as a Historic Monument in 1889, opens its doors to you for a weekend or a week, as you wish. Nestled in the heart of the historic town, opening onto a small square in a village-like setting and close to shops, this former Renaissance inn will delight heritage lovers.
