Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Aveiro, is just a 3-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment in Aveiro is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

It is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table.
The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal.
It includes an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Great place to book for a weekend away, well located to walk around the city and get to the main points easily.
Garage was a really good addition given the parking can be hard in Aveiro.
The only downside would be lack of cooking essentials (salt, olive oil, seasoning, etc) and not enough dishsoap to clean everything as much as we would want to.
