We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment is designed with open living and kitchen areasfeaturing a large sofa and a spiral staircase that doubles as a hanging rack.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including an oven.
The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.
The two bedrooms feature a mix of double beds and couch beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The three bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer.
Towels will also be provided for your convenience.
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Spacious accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen. Caution: narrow staircase to access bedrooms (1 bedroom + bathroom on each floor). Quiet area. Underground nearby. Historic centre within walking distance. Very responsive and pleasant host for discussions and information prior to the stay. Very good welcome on arrival to hand over the keys.

Good place with friendly hosts. The place was clean and looked like on photos. There are several bakeries and grocery store nearby, as well as fruit corner. Also we liked that metro station is fairly close. At this time of a year it felt a bit cold inside, especially at the mornings. We really misse...
