The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 30-minute drive.
The nearest train station is Póvoa de Varzim, at 20km.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and access to a balcony, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure your comfort.
Please note that the rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and that there is a camera outside by the front door for security reasons.
The bathrooms are well-appointed with towels and toiletries for a refreshing experience.
For your convenience, the house is professionally cleaned before your stay.

The property is really spacious and light, with good working blinds to keep it nice and cool. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Prime etcWe particularly loved the pool and the low down seating area that keeps the wind out.Our coffee machine didn't work when we arrived and the host replaced it for us with a brand new one straight away.Really impressed with the customer service

The holiday home is very large and offers many amenities. The rooms facing the entrance and the highway are quite noisy due to traffic.
