Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, R 1 de Maio 1, is just a 2-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated, each with a queen bed and two single ones respectively, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Basic appartment for a high price. I missed soap for the dishwasher and coffee for the machine. The shower had little to no hot water. €145 is very overpriced for this place with no swimmingpool nor balcony nor breakfast. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.
