I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. No public transportation is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 80-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals, complete with essential cookware, a stove, microwave, and toaster.
Rest easy in the main bedroom, which features a cozy queen bed and plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family, offering two comfortable single beds.
The bathroom has everything you need to refresh, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided.
