The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest transit station, R. Morais Soares, is just a 1-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines. It is designed with an open floor plan.
The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for four where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a private, furnished terrace that is perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some yummy homemade meals. There are two bedrooms.
The first room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. Important note: The street is a little busy and therefore may be some noise. Enjoy your stay!

Santa Cruz is a neighbourhood located in the central-eastern part of Lisbon, Portugal. It is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city and is known for its historical and cultural significance. The neighbourhood is characterized by its narrow streets, small squares, and traditional Portuguese architecture, including houses with colourful tiles and wrought-iron balconies. Great host with quick response time, and a very clear instructions. The apartment is well-located close to metro lines that can take your to city centers, and provides a rich, local environment to explore free of tourist traps. The terrasse could use some work but it is definitely worth it for evening apéros. I would positively recommend this host and location!

We stayed in the flat for 8 nights and had a lovely time. The flat was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. The street was a bit noisy at night, but otherwise everything was perfect. The location was also very central.

The flat was well presented and clean inside, great location with walking distance to the centre of Lisbon and public transport links, overall we really enjoyed the stay.
I would recommend for small groups wanting to stay near the city for a good price.
