I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 130 km away.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table.
The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal.
It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, among other utilities.
A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The bedroom has two single beds.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have a walk-in shower and all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment was located in the Old Town of Coimbra, walking distance to all places of interest. It had two separate beds, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a modern shower unit and Dyson hair dryer. The building was modern, apartment was clean and well prepared. The apartment featured an electronic lock entry with mobile phone access, which was very convenient.
