This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

: Giant house, with a big yard and very nicely decorated. Super comfortable and warm during winter, there’s ac that works perfectly. Lights go out very frequently but I guess it was because we had the ac on. Super easy to fix though.

Great location, so convenient to Sinatra, the coast, Lisbon and other fun places! I wanted to love this place , but the glitches with the power shutting off constantly, especially while cooking, was too much of an inconvenience. It was over the Christmas holidays so we had no other choice. Once the lack of enough power for this house is remedied, it will be a great place to stay.

Everything about our stay in Casa dos Cedros was outstanding. A beautiful home with gorgeous views and gathering spaces. It was the perfect launchpad for our excursions to Sintra and hikes along the coastline and deep woods.
