Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This spacious 4-bedroom house is perfect for groups or families looking to stay in this beautiful city.

The property features four bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: beautifully decorated with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a TV for your entertainment, and a spacious wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: fitted with a cosy double bed. - Bedroom 3: fitted with two bunk beds, ideal for younger guests or extra guests. - Bedroom 4: fitted with a comfortable double bed. The inviting living area offers a cozy double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of exploring the city.
Next to the sitting area, a lovely dining space awaits, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, providing a warm space to prepare delicious meals.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are allowed in the flat for an additional charge of 25 euros per stay.

Good for long stay, all-equipped. It was the renovation of the garden down and a little noise, but not very disturbing. The host was friendly and helpful. Close to the city centre.
