Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station.

This central location allows for easy access to public transportation. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Practical and conveniently located 2 bedrooms flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. 5 minutes walking distance to Carolina Michaelis metro station. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.
