We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The nearest train station, Marvila, is just an 800-meter walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 9-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and ample wardrobes, and the fourth bedroom features a single bed and great dressers.
Two bathrooms in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

A very comfortable flat. There were seven of us and everything was fine! Comfortable beds, kitchen with the basics, spacious dining room. Easy to park in the area. There was no washing machine and there weren't quite enough towels for six days!

We had a great family stay! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. It was well-equipped and felt welcoming, making our trip easy and enjoyable. The host was kind and responsive. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice apartment with lots of space, but we came at the end of February and the apartment was very cold. The extra heaters provided are not enough to heat the apartment, and the shower water varies greatly between hot and cold.
