Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest Bus stop, Av Náufragos, is just a 2-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 56-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment in Sesimbra is perfect for couples looking to stay in a calm area.

We rented two apartments from the owner in the same building on the waterfront, with an amazing view of the harbor, marina, and the beach. Both the location and the apartments are superb. I would rent from GuestREady again.

Beautiful flat, magnificent terrace and superb views. Shame about the lack of equipment in the kitchen and the lack of lighting in the bedrooms. We will be back with pleasure.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el apartamento es precioso y todo está nuevo. Las vistas son impresionantes y la zona está muy bien. La única pega es el aparcamiento (que todo es de pago) y la lavadora que no hay.
