Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro/train station, General Torres, is just a 7-minute walk. Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Gaia offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Appartement très spacieux, bien situé par rapport à Porto (moins de 30 minutes à pied du pont Luis 1er, moins de 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro General Torres).
Nombreux commerces dans un rayon de 1.5km de l'appartement
Insonorisation insuffisante des appartements, on entend les voisins dans les espaces communs mais aussi dans leur sanitaire et lorsqu'ils parlent forts.

The place was clean and as it was explained on the website. It was about a five minute walk to train and 10 minute ride to town. Residential area nothing to walk to and shop or eat.
