If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Lisbon is the coastal and mountainous capital of Portugal. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum exhibits 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The apartment was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of the main attractions and the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon.

Floor and staircase lamps are not lit. Although information was given, no solution was found. One bedroom door does not lock and there is no mirror. The neighbourhood is very nice, close to public transport, quiet . With a little work it will be perfect.
