Humberto Delgado Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The accommodation is spacious and very well located to enjoy the area. Points to improve: very little hot water in the shower, the sofa is not comfortable to sleep on and it does not have some essential products such as salt, oil, shampoo and gel for the whole stay.

This place was very nice, quiet and private, nice view from the 6th floor, a big shopping market and pharmacy right on the corner, the bus right in front of the apartments will take to you a bus, train, station to get to anywhere you like to go. Convenient location, is only 10 minutes in the car to the beach.
