Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Beato M Carvalho, is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 37-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre.

The sleeping arrangements cater to a variety of guests: the first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, the second is equipped with a bunk bed, and the third offers two single beds along with a desk, making it ideal for work or study.
Each room is thoughtfully furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The apartment includes 1.5 bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a refreshing and hassle-free stay. Braga de Bonita is lovely
: It’s spacious and has been beautifully refurbished
It only has a bath for showering, and people with reduced mobility might slip when getting in or out. Showers are more accessible. If you’re in good physical shape, it’s not a problem at all. Everything else is fine.

The photos have been slightly edited, and the kitchen equipment (electric hob) meant we were limited in what we could cook during our stay.
However, the accommodation is pleasant, as is the neighbourhood, and it’s very well located. It’s a 10-minute walk from the centre of Braga. I recommend this accommodation! Thank you

The apartment was clean and in a good location. In the beginning the heating wasn‘t working even though we had everything in correct setting. Unfortunately it took two days for someone to come and fix it. But everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay!
