Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

I really liked the flat, it was always clean and the cleaning lady left it spotless, as well as the dishwasher, sponge and even the daily coffee capsule. The location is good too! I liked it and would recommend it.

The apartment is nice, has everything you might need on a trip, also there’s a room service daily which is a big plus, the only thing I would recommend to the owner is having slippers would be great as the floor is cold 🙃

Superb accommodation: Excellent flat with all the amenities and features to make your stay an excellent experience. Large, bright, super comfortable, very well equipped. I only booked for two nights.
