Air conditioning: Available in the living room and the master bedroom. Controlled via remote.
Fans: Three portable fans, one in each bedroom.
Heating: Gas heating throughout the apartment. The boiler is located in the kitchen and controlled from the living room, to the right of the entrance.

Pool and garden: Located on the ground floor, accessible through the parking area.

Outdoor: Communal pool, solarium, barbecue with utensils, outdoor shower, furnished terrace, balcony, and available crib.

No parties or young groups allowed(bachelor/bachelorette parties, events on the private terrace, etc.).
Respect communal areas, keeping the pool and garden in perfect condition.
No smoking allowed.

Tourist tax is not included in the price.
