Beautiful 120m² gîte located on a working grain farm with horse boarding. Private terrace with parasol, garden furniture, barbecue, and deckchairs.
Access to the owners' heated outdoor pool (from April to the end of September), bicycles available.
On site, 1 dog, 1 cat, chickens, a donkey, and horses. The horses belong to the owners and are not available for riding.

Access to the gîte via 5 steps.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (TV, DVD player, sofas, one of which is a sofa bed) with a wood-burning stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with two 90cm x 200cm beds (can be converted into a double bed), bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

- Included in the price: Wi-Fi. Baby crib, high chair, bathtub, and changing mat upon request.

- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, and water. Wood for the stove: €5/basket (first basket free).
