Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, free safe, sofa, fireplace (wood-burning insert), WC.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm, can be pushed together to make 1 double bed) and 1 bunk bed (2x90cm), 2 baby beds, shower room with WC.

Restricted telephone service.

Short stays are available upon request, with a minimum of 2 nights, except in July and August.

- Included in the price: Free international channels and Wi-Fi. Baby crib.

- Additional charge: Gas heating (metered). Gas and electricity billed (meter reading). Tourist tax. One pet is welcome free of charge, but a mandatory cleaning fee of €70 will be charged upon arrival.

- Optional services: Bed linen rental (€10/bed). Bath linen (€6/person). Cleaning fee (€70). Crash pad rental: €30/week (check with the owner).

The cottage is located 300 meters from an electric vehicle charging station (in the town hall parking lot) and the bus stop for Fontainebleau.

For companies and business travelers: Bed linen rental and cleaning fee are mandatory. A security deposit for companies is €600.
