A dining room with a double sofa bed (TV, internet access), a kitchen area (large fridge-freezer, small fridge, washing machine, two-burner stovetop, extractor fan, and mini oven), a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, large vanity unit, electric towel dryer), and a separate toilet accessible from the bedroom.

A 200 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers (access via 5 steps) overlooks the Grand Morin Valley. Hiking trails nearby (GR1). Barbecue, terrace, and table in the garden, which enjoys afternoon sun, and a terrace and table in front of the bedroom, which enjoys morning sun. Parking is available on the property.

Pascal, a retired owner (manager of an art foundry at the Monnaie de Paris), and Véronique, a working caregiver, enjoy gardening, DIY, mushroom hunting, fishing, canoeing, photography, GoPros, and Scouter rides. The owner has excellent knowledge of the surrounding trails (mushroom hunting). Guided rides on a Django 50cc Scouter are available (see owner). Mountain bike trails are available on site.
