Opposite the owners' house, this house comprises two adjoining gîtes with separate entrances. Private garden with patio furniture and barbecue. 4 km from a train station.
On the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen (fridge/freezer, mini-oven, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto the living room, two sofas, and a TV. 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower room, and two toilets.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with four single beds.
- Included in the price: WiFi. Linens. Baby crib. High chair.
- Additional charge: Electric heating. Electricity and water billed (according to meter reading). Tourist tax.
- Optional services: Towels (€4/person). Cleaning fee (€30).
For companies and business travelers: a mandatory cleaning fee.
