This house satisfies guests who travel to rest and relax thanks to its beautiful garden and the cozy living room on the ground floor. It also meets the needs of those who travel for work. You can in fact find an excellent connection, a large table both inside the house in the dining room and in the garden.
The 130 sqm villa is organized on two levels connected by an internal staircase (be careful if you are traveling with small children).
The space is organized as follows
LOWER LEVEL
- Very large and bright LIVABLE KITCHEN with peninsula, with gas hob (6 burners), fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, blender, extractor and minipimer;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 60-inch SMART TV, split A/C and access to the garden;
- DINING AREA with a large dining table and access to the garden;
- BATHROOM I (overlooking the garden) with sink, bidet and WC;
- PRIVATE GARDEN with dining table, outdoor wardrobe, mobile umbrella, deckchairs and chest. The garden has an automatic fixed extractable awning and barbecue, ping pong table.
UPPER LEVEL
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, sliding door with mirror, split A/C, 50-inch smart TV, walk-in closet and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, A/C split and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet, WC and access to the terrace.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating with independent boiler, air conditioning via split (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), hairdryer, clothes horse, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. The facility is equipped with a drinking water softening system.
Cot hire against payment - 50 euro per stay
High chair hire upon request against payment - 30 euro per stay
ATTENTION. The villa is on two floors connected by an internal staircase of 18 steps.
ATTENTION. To access the villa you need to climb a step.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment*
The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

The villa is located in a quiet area in the southeast of Padua, nestled in a historic neighborhood well connected to the city center and main attractions. This is a comfortable residential district with all essential services, including restaurants, shops, and wide green spaces perfect for walks or moments of relaxation.
