Overview: Telemann is located on a quiet street with local traffic. You can park your car safely on the private grounds. Telemann is situated in a new development. Telemann is at street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You will reach the entrance via a small staircase upwards. Telemann is a detached chalet with a private pool. Entrance: Upon entering through the main door of the house, you will find: living room kitchen dining room 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Ground floor: Here you will find: living room kitchen 1 bedroom 1 bathroom You have access to the balcony from: living room dining room 1 bedroom The decoration of Telemann is modern Spanish with small details. The interior is bright and has an authentic atmosphere. Telemann offers nice views of the development. Telemann has a built area of 320 m² and is situated on a plot of 605 m². There are terraces available. You will find the pool at the back of the chalet. You can reach the pool via a small staircase downwards. Here you can enjoy the sun and Spanish life. Telemann has a fixed stone barbecue and cooking facilities available. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its spacious design. The bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat) with a fixed and limited schedule (10: 00 PM to 9: 00 AM). Unfortunately, groups of young people (average age, 25 years or younger) are not allowed in this holiday residence. Pets are not allowed in this villa.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
