Cosy, comfortable chalet "Zeffereralm", 1'700 m a.s.l., renovated in 2025, surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 apartments in the property. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside.
In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road).
Parking, in winter 6 km.
Supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Skibus ab Talstation Fageralm" 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Therme Amade Altenmarkt" 16 km.
Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m.
Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm (ab Talstation Fageralm) 5 km.
Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm.
In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30).
In summer, the alpine pasture is accessible by car.
In winter, take the lift, then walk 400m across the ski slope to the pasture.
Luggage transport from the mountain station to the accommodation is provided by the landlord upon arrival and departure.
For questions regarding luggage transport, please contact the key holder.
IMPORTANT: Bed linen and towels must be brought by each guest!

Die Terrasse der Dachsteinblick Wohnung ist toll, Morgens bzw. Vormittags hatten wir teils Sonne teils Schatten am großen Holztisch, perfekt zum frühstücken.
Die Bank und der Tisch auf der Terrasse waren frisch getischlert und noch sehr harzig. Da haben wir uns leider ein paar Hosen ruiniert.

Toller Bergblick, schöne gut ausgestattete Unterkunft
Nicht geeignet wenn man zig Wanderung von der Hütte aus starten möchte. War bei uns nicht der Fall, daher einfach perfekt.
