L emplacement,le grand balcon avec vue, la cuisine moderne sauf pour ma part tabouret haut mange debout pas facile pour moi qui ai des problèmes de dos mais c est un avis perso.il faut penser à tout le monde.la remise des clefs et départ bien . Penser à inscrire dans l annonce qu il y a un ascenseur...
La literie matelas trop mince et pas confortable,baignoire sabot pas facile pour enjamber surtout pour les personnes de 60 ans et plus....l isolation entre étage ,le bruit on entend les gens parler et traîner les meubles juste au dessus.le ménage vite fait pas en détail ...

Globalement très bien. Bonne situation, joli décor, bon équipement electro ménager.
Points faibles : pas de WiFi, baignoire à changer (vétuste et difficile à enjamber) abattant WC ne tient pas.
