House for exclusive use
Brione is located on the sunny slope above Locarno.
The spacious, single-story house, completely renovated in 2017, is situated in the upper part of the village.
Surrounded by meadows, forest, and only a few other residential units nearby, it offers plenty of privacy and tranquility for relaxation and enjoyment.
The property is optimally sunny, and a bench with a fantastic view in the front part of the property offers magnificent panoramic views of Lake Maggiore extending to Italy, as well as the opposite mountain range.
Another highlight of this over 4,000 m² property is the outdoor area with a large, park-like garden and a spacious play and sunbathing lawn.

Sehr schöne Lage in Grünen aber leider keinen Seeblick. Praktisch weil der Parkplatz gerade neben dem Haus ist. Gut eingerichtet hingegen fehlen Sonnenschirme am Pool. Ideal weil 4 Zimmer und 3 Badezimmer, alles auf gleicher Ebene.
