HOLIDAY STUDIO IN IDYLLIC, CENTRAL LOCATION
The colorfully harmonious, tastefully furnished DTV-3 star holiday studio (highest rating category for studios) is located on the second floor of a private family house.
The apartment offers 60 square meters of living space and has a large south-west balcony with a beautiful view of the vineyards. A reserved parking space in front of the house ensures a relaxed journey.
Spend your holidays in a traffic-free, urban, green and quiet location - in the most beautiful residential area of Ahrweiler.
The harmonious colored tastefully decorated 3 DTV-star Holiday Studio (highest rating category for studios), is located in the second floor of a private family home. The apartment has 59 square meters of living space and has a large south-west facing balcony with beautiful views of the vineyards.
It's a one room apartment, so there is no seperate bedroom.
A reserved parking space for you in front of the house provides a relaxed arrival.
Spend your holiday close to town, green and quiet - in the most beautiful residential area of Ahrweiler.
Rest at the table or on a deckchair on the large balcony, and enjoy a glass of the famous ahr-wine.
House rules: No pets - no smoking!!
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Check in: from 2 p.m.
Check out: 10 a.m.
Payment is due upon arrival on site.
Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations from 30 to 21 days before arrival incur a charge of 20% of the travel price, from 20 to 12 days before arrival 30% of the travel price, from 11 to 3 days before arrival 70% of the travel price, and from 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the travel price will be charged to the guest.
Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 21:00. Check-out is until 10:00.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for arrangements. Key handover takes place personally on site or, if necessary, via a key box.
Pets are not allowed. The local tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.
In front of the house, there is a free guest parking lot. Bicycles or E-bikes can be securely stored in the garage and E-bikes can be charged.
