Located in a semi-central area, in the Quartiere Italia, the accommodation is fully serviced and well connected to the city center by public transport. Easy parking in the street.


The accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (3 steps to reach it) and is composed as follows

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,

EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

All essential services are within easy reach: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are within 500 meters.
