Welcome to KER IZEL! This large 280m² house is spacious, bright and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi, offering you all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.


The highlight of this house is its very large wooded garden of 1.5 hectares and its welcoming terrace, inviting you to relax in the open air. For a moment of absolute well-being, indulge in the jacuzzi, which is heated all year round, perfect for relaxing after a long day.


When you enter the house, you will discover a night space separated from the day space by a corridor, providing peace and quiet.

The night space comprises 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds (180x200), the third bedroom has an electric bed (160x200) and the last bedroom has a double bed (140x190). There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a shower and bathtub for relaxing moments.


The fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the dining room and spacious living room, is a real living space, perfect for sharing warm moments with family or friends. Just behind, a practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer makes your stay easier.


Upstairs, a large bedroom with four single beds (90x200) has its own bathroom, ideal for children or friends.

An exceptional play area also awaits you: a large games room equipped with a TV, table tennis table and plenty of children's games, guaranteeing entertainment and fun for all.


Independent WCs are available on both the ground and first floors for added comfort.

The house is situated in a peaceful setting, right in the middle of the woods. The ria du Conquet is 500m from the house and the magnificent Blancs Sablons beach is a 7-minute walk away.


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit.


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, you'll also find nearby: la récré des 3 curés (amusement park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby, as well as golf courses including the Abers golf course.
