Single-footed cottage with access via a private entrance in the upper part (Gîte Liya in the lower part) house located in an area of 4200m2 common to 2 other cottages. You will have access to a comfortable dining room lounge and an equipped kitchen. You will have access to a 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200, a bathroom with shower of standard dimensions and a toilet. A 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 has a private bathroom with bath and toilet. Independent toilet. Common washing machine for 3 gites.2 private terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pool to share with 2 other houses, with chlorine, of 9mx4.5m, depth of 1.0m to 1.40m, secured by blanket, open and heated from mid-May to the end of September.
