Located on a quiet street, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Tours and its restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, this comfortable house accommodates up to 6 people.
You will enjoy quality bedding with beds made upon your arrival, as well as all linens provided.
It is organised on 3 levels: On the ground floor: - A beautiful living room opening onto a small garden with a lounge area including a smart TV and sofa, and a dining table for 6-8 people. people and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup coffee machine). - A separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: - Two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), storage space for your clothes and a desk for working from home. - A pleasant bathroom with a bathtub. - A separate toilet.
On the second floor: - A bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and storage space for clothes. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and storage space.
Quality linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mat, tea towel, and guest towel.
The beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.

appartement sur 3 niveaux tout rénové tout équipé une toilette 2sdb.On à trouvé 2bplaces de parking assez facilement en juin.Petite amélioration possible serait de mettre des rideaux au fenêtres car du vis à vis partout et une poubelle dans la sdb, sinon c est nickel.
