Discover this beautiful holiday home located in the heart of Banyles. Ca les Cosines 48 is one of two almost identical houses entirely renovated in 2022 by two entrepreneurial cousins. With its perfect central location on Plaça de les Rodes, you are just a few steps away from bars, restaurants and welcoming shops.
This house tastefully decorated breathes tranquility and style. Experience the comfort and convenience of a fully renovated house. Ca les Cosines 48 was completely renovated and redecorated in 2022, allowing you to enjoy modern amenities and an elegant interior.
On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen with a dining room and an adjoining living room. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. In the living room there is a great smart TV with a standard cable bouquet and the possibility to broadcast from popular platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more.
Next to the kitchen you will find a practical toilet room.
At the front of the house there is a spacious entrance with two comfortable chairs, an ideal place to relax and enjoy a good book.
On the first floor you will discover two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. The room at the front of the house has windows overlooking a balcony with a charming view of the Plaça de les Rodes.
The second bedroom at the back of the house also offers two single beds and an adjoining workspace. The work space has a large office and a comfortable chair, making it an appropriate place to work or study.
A quick Internet connection is available for optimal connectivity, whether you need to work or broadcast videos.
On the first floor you will also find a fully renovated bathroom with a shower, completed in 2023.
A staircase from the kitchen leads to the parking lot, accessible by a street at the back of the house. The parking lot is secured by a large gate.

- Travel taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a residence tax of 1,- per guest of more than 16 years for the first seven nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
- Online registration: According to the law, all guests are required to register online before their arrival via our easy-to-use online guest space.
