Discover this beautiful holiday home in the heart of Banyoles. Ca les Cosines 47 is one of two virtually identical houses that were completely renovated in 2022 by two entrepreneurial cousins. With an ideal central location on the Plaça de les Rodes, you are within walking distance of friendly bars, restaurants and shops.
This house tastefully decorated breathes tranquility and style. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a fully renovated house. Ca les Cosines 47 was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022, allowing you to enjoy modern amenities and an elegant interior.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a dining room. It is equipped with new kitchen appliances and all the amenities you need for an extended stay.
Next to the kitchen and dining room, there is a bathroom.
The living room is located at the front of the house and overlooks the lively Place de les Rodes. There is a great smart TV with a standard cable package and the possibility to broadcast via Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The room at the front of the house has windows overlooking a balcony and offers views of the Plaça de les Rodes.
The second bedroom at the back of the house also has two single beds and an adjacent work space with a large desk and a comfortable chair.
High-speed Internet is available for optimal connectivity, whether you need to work or broadcast videos.
On the first floor there is also a full bathroom with bathtub, completely renovated while preserving the original tiles.
Through the kitchen, a staircase goes down to the parking space. It is accessible by a street at the back of the house and is closed by a large gate.

- Travel taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a residence tax of 1,- per guest of more than 16 years for the first seven nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
