Cal Fenent is a beautifully renovated holiday rental located a few steps from the picturesque lake and the charming old area of Banyoles. With an eclectic interior design with vibrant colour highlights and comfortable accommodation for up to five people, Cal Fenent is the perfect destination for families, friends, cyclists and athletes.

The house is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect to relax after a day of exploration. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and opens onto the garden, offering a beautiful space for meals with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, pans and pans with utensils and appliances.

There are three bedrooms in the house, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and rest. Both double rooms can be configured with single beds or a king-size bed, depending on your preferences. The single room is perfect for a single child or adult. All rooms are decorated with a unique style and offer plenty of storage space for your business.

Cal Fenent was completely renovated and furnished with new furniture and appliances in June 2023, making a modern and comfortable holiday rental. Beds and mattresses are particularly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep for all guests. Each room has a ceiling fan to refresh you during the summer months. High-speed fiber optic internet is available, perfect for broadcasting content and making video conferencing with several people at once. There is also a TV with Chromecast, allowing guests to broadcast their content from their phone.

Cal Fenent has a fenced garden. You can spend your days relaxing on the terrace, enjoy a barbecue with friends and family, or play on the lawn. The garden is also an ideal place for children to play and explore.

Cal Fenent is a dog-friendly accommodation, so you can bring your four-legged friend with you on vacation. Banyoles is a great place for dog owners, with many parks and trails to explore. Please note that there are additional costs to bring a pet, and we ask you to inform us in advance if you plan to bring one.

Cal Fenent has a private garage to park a car and bikes, giving you the freedom to explore the local area at your own pace. Banyoles Central Bus Station is within walking distance, offering easy access to Barcelona, Besalú, Olot, Girona and Girona Train Station.

Located in a quiet street on the ground floor of a two-storey building, Cal Fenent is just a two-minute walk from Lake Banyoles and the promenade, and a five-minute walk from the center of Banyoles where you can walk through the old town, visit the market on Wednesdays, and shop or buy souvenirs. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, so you will never miss options for dining outside.

Banyoles is a lively city with many sports and cultural activities throughout the year. Whether you're interested in hiking, cycling, swimming or exploring local museums and galleries, there's something for everyone in Banyoles. ### RESERVATION INFORMATION

- Guarantee deposit: On the day of your arrival, we will book a security deposit on the credit card provided. This deposit will be fully released after your stay, provided that no damage or violation of agreed terms is detected.
- Travel taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a residence tax of 1,- per guest of more than 16 years for the first seven nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
- Online registration: According to the law, all guests are required to register online before their arrival via our easy-to-use online guest space.
