The apartment is well equipped, with comfortable beds and lots of light thanks to its corner position. The living room has a piano and a large TV with Chromecast, and the balcony offers a seating area for two people. The dining room is equipped with a table for four people and another piano.

The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a dining area for 3-4 people, as well as a washing machine and a space to dry laundry on the small terrace. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. All rooms have storage spaces for clothing and luggage.

There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, and one with a walk-in shower. Parking is available in the underground garage on the adjacent square or in the surrounding streets.

- Guarantee deposit: On the day of your arrival, we will book a security deposit on the credit card provided. This deposit will be fully released after your stay, provided that no damage or violation of agreed terms is detected.
- Travel taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a residence tax of 1,- per guest of more than 16 years for the first seven nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
- Online registration: According to the law, all guests are required to register online before their arrival via our easy-to-use online guest space.

Located on the Plaça de les Rodes, one of the two main squares of the city, the apartment is in the center of Banyoles. It is only a few minutes walk from the lake, Plaça Major (main square) and the old town. You will find shops and restaurants within walking distance, and there is a large underground parking.
